Volkswagen Safer Measures
With the recent Government announcement that Level 5 COVID-19 restrictions in the Republic of Ireland are easing in May, we are operating with the below restrictions in place:
Sales
At present, you can use our online tools and contact us for click and delivery options. Click and collect by appointment is also available. From May 17th, our showroom will be open with Volkswagen Safer Measures in place.
Service
Service remains open fully, with Volkswagen Safer Measures in place. Customers who need to travel within the republic of Ireland for service are allowed to do so.

Below, you can discover the Volkswagen Safety Measures that have been put in place at our dealership.
For sales:
- Hygiene measures are observed during handover and a distanced handover takes place
- Cars are thoroughly sanitised and thorough hand washing is practiced by all staff
We are open for service and maintenance work as usual, with the following safer measures in place:
- You can book a service online using our online service booking tool or over the phone
- Technicians practice thorough hygiene measures and workshop tools are disinfected between use
- We clean and sanitise the interior and exterior of your vehicle before handing it back to you
- We offer video consultations, digital communication and telephone throughout the service process to facilitate ongoing communication remotely where possible
- All vehicles are thoroughly cleaned inside and out before being worked on or being handed back over to consumers to ensure disinfection
- Vehicles are quarantined for half a day where possible
- All staff practice hand hygiene measures and wear suitable clothing to prevent transfer of a the virus within the car
